FitCal Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of FitCal. By using FitCal, you agree to these Terms.

1. FitCal Service

FitCal provides tools for:

Meal and nutrition tracking
AI-assisted food photo recognition
Calorie and macronutrient estimates
Weight tracking and wellness goals
Piko gamification and milestones
Premium subscription features

2. Nutrition and AI Estimates Disclaimer

FitCal's food recognition, portion, calorie, and macro estimates are estimates only. Results may vary and may not be completely accurate.

Medical Disclaimer: FitCal is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional dietary advice. Users should consult a qualified physician or dietitian for health and medical decisions.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and authentication credentials. Accounts may be restricted or terminated if used in violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activities.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

FitCal offers auto-renewable Premium subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play.

Available products, durations, and store-derived prices are clearly displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date.
Apple subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID settings. Google Play subscriptions are managed via your Google Play account settings.
Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the respective store's terms.

Important: Deleting your FitCal account does NOT automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

5. Restore Purchases

Eligible active purchases may be restored at any time via the "Restore Purchases" button in FitCal.

6. Piko Rewards

Virtual Piko Energy, progress milestones, and temporary promotional access:

Have no monetary cash value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
Cannot be transferred or resold.
May be revoked if obtained through automated, fraudulent, or abusive means.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to interfere with FitCal servers, exploit referral or reward systems, reverse engineer the application, or use automated systems to overload the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitCal and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
